Seeking Principal Program Manager (1-2 Yrs) for a Corporate

We are looking for a driven Principal Program Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong pharmaceutical background (M.Pharma) who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation in the fitness and wellness space. You will play a crucial role in defining and executing strategic programs that enhance our product offerings and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, and clinical research) to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for new program initiatives.

Apply pharmaceutical and health sciences knowledge to inform program strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with health regulations and best practices.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement and new service development.

Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Facilitate communication and stakeholder management across all levels of the organization.

Contribute to the development of KPIs and success metrics for programs.
