Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Problem Management Analyst. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate eager to learn and contribute to optimizing our operational processes. You will be instrumental in identifying, analyzing, and resolving recurring issues that impact our business, focusing on root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the identification and logging of all problems impacting business operations.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) of identified problems, utilizing analytical tools and techniques.
- Document problem records comprehensively, including symptoms, impact, and urgency.
- Support the implementation of identified solutions and workarounds.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with various technical and operational teams to gather information and facilitate problem resolution.
- Learn and adhere to established problem management processes and best practices.
- Prepare reports on problem trends and resolution status.
