We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Process Engineer (Refining) with 0-2 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and documenting existing business processes, particularly those related to data and system workflows within the NBFC sector. This role is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current refining processes and identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement process improvements using analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging MCA knowledge for data-driven insights.
- Document existing and proposed processes, creating clear and concise process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and implement process changes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented processes, ensuring they meet established metrics and objectives.
