Job Description
Role Summary: We are looking for a driven and analytical Process / Operational Excellence professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will hold a BBA/BBM degree and possess a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and their application in the fitness and wellness industry. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency, optimizing operational workflows, and enhancing overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing business processes within the fitness and wellness operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented processes, generating reports and insights for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth integration of new processes.
Document process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices.
Support the development and execution of operational excellence projects.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
