Seeking Process Trainer (3-5 Yrs) for a Public Sector Undertaking

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Process Trainer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and standardizing processes within an organization. This role is crucial in ensuring our workforce is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles, particularly within the context of a large public sector undertaking involved in construction and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training modules on company processes, procedures, and best practices for various departments, including those related to architecture, interior design, and manufacturing.

Assess training needs and requirements across the organization to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.

Create training materials such as presentations, manuals, handouts, and e-learning modules.

Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training for employees at different levels.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance monitoring.
