Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Proctor / Invigilator to ensure the integrity and fairness of examinations and assessments for our employees or external training programs. This role is crucial in maintaining a secure and controlled examination environment. The ideal candidate will have a B.Com degree and 0-2 years of experience, with a keen eye for detail and strong adherence to procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct examinations and assessments according to established guidelines and protocols.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of examination materials before, during, and after the assessment.
- Monitor candidates during the examination to prevent malpractice and ensure a fair testing environment.
- Verify candidate identities against official records.
- Distribute and collect examination papers and other required materials.
- Report any irregularities or suspicious activities to the appropriate authority.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and examination proceedings.
- Assist in setting up and packing away examination venues.
- Provide clear instructions to candidates regarding examination rules and procedures.
- Uphold the integrity and credibility of the examination process.
