Seeking Proctor / Invigilator (2-3 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for a diligent and organized Proctor/Invigilator with 2-3 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and smooth conduct of examinations and assessments, maintaining a secure and fair testing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage examination halls to ensure adherence to all rules and regulations.
- Monitor candidates during assessments to prevent any form of malpractice or cheating.
- Distribute and collect examination materials (question papers, answer sheets, etc.) securely.
- Verify candidate identities against their identification documents.
- Report any irregularities, incidents, or breaches of conduct to the examination authorities promptly.
- Maintain a calm and professional environment during examinations.
- Assist candidates with any procedural queries or issues they may encounter during the test.
- Ensure all examination materials are accounted for and returned securely.
- Support in setting up examination rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment is functional.
