Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end procurement process for industrial equipment, machinery, and spare parts, ensuring timely delivery.

Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and gather quotations.

Analyze vendor proposals and negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings and favorable contract conditions.

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to understand technical specifications and material requirements, leveraging M.Des background for product understanding.

Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier performance data.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Support in identifying and implementing process improvements in procurement operations.

Assist in managing supplier relationships and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
