Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Procurement & Purchase professional with 2-3 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our corporate team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to optimize procurement processes for educational materials, technology, and operational supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers for various educational and operational needs.
- Evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate terms, and manage contracts to secure favorable pricing and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design, content, and operations teams, to understand their procurement requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and implement innovative procurement strategies that align with the company's design-centric approach and sustainability goals.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and inventory levels.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
- Assist in the sourcing and procurement of design-specific resources and materials, understanding their aesthetic and functional requirements.
