Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Procurement & Purchase professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and a strong understanding of procurement processes within the electrical equipment industry. You will be responsible for managing the purchasing of goods and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials, components, and services according to company requirements and specifications.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, delivery timelines, and reliability.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and contract terms.
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Analyze market trends and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and inventory levels.
- Assist in inventory management and control.
