Seeking Product Manager - Pharma (0-2 Yrs) for a Startup

Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product Manager with a focus on the Pharmaceutical sector to join our innovative startup. In this role, you will contribute to the development and strategy of our products, focusing on how our accounting and auditing solutions can best serve the unique needs of pharmaceutical companies. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM to gain hands-on experience in product management within a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing market research and competitor data within the pharmaceutical industry to identify product opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to define product requirements and specifications.
- Support the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Help create product roadmaps and prioritize features based on user feedback and business value.
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for new product features.
- Contribute to the creation of product documentation, training materials, and marketing collateral.
- Monitor product performance and user engagement, providing insights for improvement.
- Engage with potential clients and internal stakeholders to understand pain points and gather feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements relevant to pharma and accounting software.
