Seeking Product / Service Trainer (0-1 Yrs) for ITC Limited

Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Product / Service Trainer with 0-1 years of experience to join our team at ITC Limited in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate eager to kickstart their career in training and development within the FMCG sector. The trainer will be responsible for delivering effective training programs on our diverse range of products and services to our field teams and channel partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to represent ITC's brands effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules on ITC's FMCG products, features, benefits, and service standards.
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams, distributors, and retail staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content, tailored for a B.Tech/B.E. audience.
- Assess training effectiveness through quizzes, feedback forms, and performance monitoring.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up training to address knowledge gaps and reinforce learning.
- Stay updated with product updates, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure training content is relevant and current.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees by providing foundational product and service training.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to gather information for training programs.
- Travel to different locations within the region as required for training delivery.
