Seeking Product / Service Trainer (1-3 Yrs) for a Corporate

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Product / Service Trainer to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Sc. degree, looking to contribute to the success of a leading accounting software provider. You will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions to our clients and internal teams, ensuring they effectively utilize our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Tally products and services to diverse audiences, including clients, partners, and internal staff.
- Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, user manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Assess training needs and customize training content to meet specific requirements.
- Provide post-training support and address any queries or issues raised by trainees.
- Stay updated with product enhancements and industry best practices to ensure training relevance.
- Track training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
