Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager - Manufacturing to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree who is eager to learn and contribute to optimizing our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with experienced professionals to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various manufacturing projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a large-scale food processing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of manufacturing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Support the coordination of cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and supply chain.
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Help in gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Participate in manufacturing floor operations to understand processes and challenges.
Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations on project status and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
