Role Summary:

This role is crucial for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. While the primary focus is construction management, a background in B.Pharma is considered for its emphasis on process adherence, quality control, and regulatory compliance, transferable skills valuable in complex project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites.
- Review project documentation, including blueprints, permits, and progress reports.
- Support the procurement process for materials and equipment.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare regular progress reports.
- Liaise with engineering and design teams to resolve any site-specific challenges.
