Seeking Project Head - Construction (2-4 Yrs) for a MNC

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Head - Construction with 2-4 years of experience to join our esteemed organization. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and possess a strong understanding of construction project management principles, particularly within the facility management context. This role is crucial in overseeing and executing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and handover.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Conduct site inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve any issues.

Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations for management and clients.

Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
