Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Head - Manufacturing to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a keen interest in operational excellence and process improvement within a manufacturing environment. You will assist in overseeing manufacturing projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards, contributing to the overall efficiency of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of manufacturing projects from initiation to closure.
- Assist in coordinating with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and supply chain.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Help in the development and maintenance of project documentation and reports.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturing standards, safety regulations, and quality protocols.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as required.
