Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Psychiatrist to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree who is looking to gain experience in a corporate healthcare setting within the BFSI sector. The Psychiatrist will be responsible for supporting the mental well-being of our employees through assessments, counseling, and program development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial mental health assessments and screenings for employees.
- Provide basic counseling and support for common workplace stress and mental health concerns.
- Develop and implement employee wellness programs and workshops focused on mental health awareness.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and management to address employee well-being issues.
- Assist in developing resources and materials related to mental health support.
- Stay updated on best practices in corporate mental health and employee assistance programs.
