We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented QA / QC Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Com degree and a strong understanding of quality control processes within the textile and apparel industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished textile products.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
Analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production, design, and merchandising teams to resolve quality issues.
Prepare detailed quality reports and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality policies.
Perform audits on production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
