Seeking Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Other (2-3 Yrs) for a MNC

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment & Talent Acquisition professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This role is crucial in supporting our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring we attract and onboard the best candidates for our organization. While a formal graduation degree is not a strict requirement, a strong understanding of recruitment processes and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, and internal databases, to identify potential candidates.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.

- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.

- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvement.
