Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing and attracting top talent within the competitive media and entertainment industry. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral and technical interviews, to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and ensure accurate record-keeping of recruitment activities.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding processes and facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on recruitment effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
