Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Refinery Maintenance Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Sc. degree to join our corporate team in Chandigarh. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities of our semiconductor refinery operations, ensuring optimal plant performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance for refinery equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues or failures.
- Support the implementation of maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Participate in root cause analysis of equipment failures and suggest corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Gain hands-on experience with various refinery machinery and control systems.
