Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Refinery Maintenance Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our refinery, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, preventative maintenance strategies, and troubleshooting complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all refinery equipment, including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and control systems.
- Supervise and train a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment failures, minimizing downtime.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular inspections of refinery facilities to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure maintenance activities are aligned with production schedules.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards.
