Seeking Refinery Operations Manager (1-2 Yrs) for a Corporate

Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our operations team as a Refinery Operations Manager. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent B.Com graduate eager to gain practical experience in the operational aspects of a large-scale refinery. You will support the senior management in overseeing daily refinery activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and controlling refinery processes to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Support the implementation of operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate operational records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with various departments such as maintenance, supply chain, and quality control.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
- Learn and apply principles of refinery economics and cost management.
- Assist in inventory management and material tracking.
