Seeking Refrigeration / HVAC Engineer (3-4 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration / HVAC Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems within our facilities, ensuring optimal environmental conditions for our critical IT infrastructure and office spaces. This role requires a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and a strong understanding of refrigeration cycles and HVAC principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage HVAC and refrigeration systems for data centers and office facilities.

Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all HVAC equipment, including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), cooling towers, and ventilation systems.

Monitor system performance, energy consumption, and identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards related to HVAC operations.

Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of cooling systems.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.

Respond to HVAC emergencies and provide timely solutions.
