We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager with 3-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. As a Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients in the clinical research sector, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
Understand client needs and objectives, and effectively communicate our service offerings to meet those needs.
Identify opportunities for business expansion and upsell/cross-sell services to existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project management, scientific affairs) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and project updates to clients.
Monitor client feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
