Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Release Manager with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for a recent M.Tech graduate eager to kickstart their career in a fast-paced MNC environment. The Release Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the release of software projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline the release process and minimize risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and scheduling software releases, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Track and report on the progress of release activities.
- Document release procedures and best practices.
- Participate in release readiness reviews and go/no-go meetings.
- Monitor the release process and identify potential risks or issues.
- Support in managing build and deployment activities under guidance.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth integration and testing.
- Learn and apply release management tools and methodologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the release process.
