Seeking Restaurant Manager (1-3 Yrs) for a Corporate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager with 1-3 years of experience to oversee dining operations within our corporate hospitality division in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of business and management principles, ideally demonstrated through an LLM degree, who can ensure efficient and high-quality food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control to minimize waste and control costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and mentor restaurant staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant, including revenue generation and cost control.
- Collaborate with the corporate events team to cater for internal and external meetings and functions.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
