Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Retail Store Auditor with 3-5 years of experience and an M.A. degree to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of retail pharmacy stores to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and sales performance metrics. This role is crucial for maintaining brand integrity and optimizing retail operations within the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute regular audits of assigned retail pharmacy stores, assessing stock levels, inventory management, and product placement.
- Verify adherence to Good Pharmacy Practices (GPP), visual merchandising guidelines, and promotional activity execution.
- Review sales data and retail performance indicators, identifying trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations, licensing, and documentation requirements.
- Assess the condition and presentation of store layouts, signage, and point-of-sale materials.
- Conduct checks on product availability, expiry dates, and proper storage conditions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting findings, observations, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Liaise with store managers and regional sales teams to discuss audit outcomes and implement improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all audit activities and findings.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
