Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Safety Operations professional with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and adherence to all safety regulations and protocols within our urban transport operations. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks, fostering a culture of safety, and contributing to the continuous improvement of safety management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of metro facilities, rolling stock, and operational areas.
- Develop and implement safety procedures, guidelines, and training programs for all staff.
- Investigate safety incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with national and international safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate safety records and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
- Collaborate with different departments to integrate safety into all aspects of operations.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of emergency response plans.
