Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head (B2C) with 3-5 years of experience to join our corporate team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and have a proven track record in driving B2C sales strategies within the luxury retail or gems and jewellery sector. You will be responsible for leading our B2C sales efforts, expanding market reach, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative B2C sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and optimize sales channels, including retail stores and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals.
- Oversee the sales forecasting process and ensure accurate reporting of sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI.
