Seeking Security Administrator (1-3 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for a diligent and M.Tech-qualified Security Administrator with 1-3 years of experience to join our esteemed organization in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and monitoring security measures to protect our computer systems and networks. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, with a focus on ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our critical data and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain security hardware and software, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
- Monitor network traffic and systems for suspicious activities, and respond promptly to security incidents.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Manage user access controls and permissions to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Assist in the development and delivery of security awareness training for employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues, providing technical support to end-users.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies, and recommend improvements to existing security measures.
