Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service / Maintenance Supervisor with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our corporate office in Mumbai. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in managing and overseeing the maintenance and operational efficiency of our banking facilities. You will support the senior maintenance team in ensuring a smooth and safe working environment for all employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of routine maintenance activities for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services, ensuring timely completion and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, work orders, and repair histories.
- Support the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to facility management.
- Provide support to the senior supervisor in managing inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Participate in energy conservation initiatives and help monitor utility consumption.
