Role Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and research-oriented Slimming Head / Manager with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team. This role involves overseeing and developing our slimming and weight management programs, ensuring evidence-based practices, and contributing to patient outcomes within our leading healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative slimming and weight management protocols based on scientific research and best practices.
- Conduct research to evaluate the efficacy of different slimming treatments and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Educate and counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices, nutrition, and personalized weight management plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, dietitians, and therapists to ensure integrated patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in bariatric science, endocrinology, and related fields.
- Contribute to the development of training materials for staff involved in slimming programs.
