Seeking Software Developer in Test (SDET) (2-4 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated Software Developer in Test (SDET) with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for individuals with a BBA/BBM background who possess a strong understanding of software testing principles and a passion for ensuring product quality. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to validate our software applications, contributing to the overall quality assurance process within our law enforcement and security services domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and design test strategies.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Document test plans, test cases, and defect reports clearly and concisely.
- Participate in code reviews for test automation scripts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Adapt and apply analytical skills to understand business logic and translate it into testable scenarios, leveraging your BBA/BBM knowledge.
