You will assist senior agents in managing athlete careers, facilitating endorsements, and ensuring contractual obligations are met, all within the context of our multinational pharmaceutical organization.

Key Responsibilities:

*   Assist in identifying and recruiting potential sports talent.
*   Support senior agents in contract negotiation and management.
*   Liaise with clients (athletes) to understand their career goals and aspirations.
*   Research and identify potential endorsement and sponsorship opportunities.
*   Coordinate with marketing and legal teams to finalize agreements.
*   Provide administrative support, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and client communication.
*   Stay updated on industry trends, player performance, and market developments.
