Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sports Club Manager with 1-3 years of experience to oversee the operations of our sports facilities. This role is ideal for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate who is passionate about sports management and possesses strong organizational and leadership skills. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all club members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the sports club, including scheduling of facilities, equipment maintenance, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement sports programs and events to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee budget management, including revenue generation and cost control for the sports club.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote club activities and services.
- Utilize technical understanding from B.Tech/B.E. to optimize facility usage and implement efficient operational systems.
