You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading engaging physical education programs and sports activities that promote health, wellness, and team spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging sports and physical education programs tailored for employees of varying fitness levels.
Organize and conduct sports events, tournaments, and recreational activities.
Promote a culture of health, fitness, and well-being within the organization.
Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
Utilize design thinking principles from your M.Des to create innovative and user-centric wellness initiatives.
Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
Manage sports equipment and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and safe.
