Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a B.Des degree to join our Sports Staff and Management team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience, eager to contribute to the organization's sports initiatives and events. You will support the planning, execution, and management of various sports activities, ensuring smooth operations and participant engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and organization of corporate sports events and tournaments.
- Coordinate logistics for sports activities, including venue booking, equipment management, and participant registration.
- Support communication efforts for sports events, including creating promotional materials and disseminating information to employees.
- Help in managing sports teams and leagues, ensuring fair play and adherence to rules.
- Contribute to the design and development of creative visual assets for sports-related campaigns and communications, leveraging B.Des skills.
- Provide on-ground support during events, addressing participant queries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist in post-event analysis, collecting feedback and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
