Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the posting of job vacancies on various internal and external platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Participate in campus recruitment drives and job fairs.
- Assist in generating recruitment reports and analytics.
- Learn and apply company HR policies and procedures related to staffing.
