We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Subject Matter Expert with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of financial accounting, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance within the chemical industry. You will play a crucial role in providing expert insights and guidance to support our strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical guidance and analysis on complex financial and accounting matters related to the chemical sector.
• Interpret and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS) and Indian tax laws.
• Assist in the development and review of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in financial management for chemical companies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to senior management.
