Seeking Supply & Transmission Services Supervisor (1-3 Yrs) for an Established Steel Manufacturer

Role Summary: We are looking for a diligent and organized Supply & Transmission Services Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations related to supply chain logistics and transmission services within our Guwahati facility. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of materials and timely delivery of services, supporting our production targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Graduation is not a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.

Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.

Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies in the warehouse and during transmission.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.

Assist in developing and implementing efficient supply chain strategies.

Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
