Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated System Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and a strong understanding of system analysis principles within the Iron & Steel industry. You will be instrumental in analyzing, designing, and implementing IT systems to support our operational and strategic objectives in Bhubaneshwar.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new and existing IT systems.
Analyze complex business problems and propose effective IT solutions.
Design system specifications, process flows, and data models.
Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed systems.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
