Seeking Teaching Assistant (2-4 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Teaching Assistant with 2-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to support our academic and training programs within our Chennai facility. The ideal candidate will assist faculty and trainers in delivering high-quality educational content, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth learning environment for our employees in the textile and apparel sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist faculty and trainers in preparing course materials, presentations, and lesson plans.
- Support the delivery of lectures and workshops by managing logistics, setting up equipment, and facilitating interactive sessions.
- Grade assignments, quizzes, and exams, providing constructive feedback to learners.
- Maintain accurate student records, track attendance, and manage databases.
- Communicate effectively with learners, addressing their queries and providing guidance.
- Coordinate training schedules and manage participant registrations.
- Contribute to the development of new training modules and curriculum enhancement.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in textile and apparel education.
