Seeking Technical Content Developer (3-5 Yrs) for Reliance Retail

Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team at Reliance Retail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and internal process documents. This role requires a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into easily understandable content for various audiences, including end-users, developers, and internal stakeholders. This position is ideal for individuals with a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience, as post-graduation is not a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, API references, tutorials, and FAQs.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and product managers to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.

Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.

Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guides.

Manage documentation projects, including planning, scheduling, and delivery.

Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools.

Ensure documentation is up-to-date with product releases and changes.
