We are looking for a motivated individual with a postgraduate degree to join our team as a Technical Support - Non Voice specialist. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience seeking to leverage their technical knowledge in a corporate environment within the industrial equipment sector. You will be instrumental in providing essential support to our clients and internal teams through non-voice channels, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer technical queries and issues via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems related to industrial equipment and machinery.
• Document support activities, resolutions, and customer interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain and update knowledge base with relevant technical information.
• Assist in user training and provide guidance on product usage.
• Ensure adherence to company support policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
