We are looking for a skilled Tool & Die Maker with 3-5 years of experience to join our manufacturing team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manufacturing, repairing, and maintaining precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in our production processes. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical principles, blueprint reading, and precision machining techniques. A Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree is required, indicating a strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, which will be applied to optimizing tool performance and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture new tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures according to specifications and blueprints.
• Maintain and repair existing tooling to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics with precision.
• Operate and maintain various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines.
• Perform precision measurements and quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize tooling designs and manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
