Role Summary:

This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical processes and quality control, seeking to apply their analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing advanced culinary solutions, potentially focusing on specialized dietary requirements or nutritional enhancement for our transport services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the research, development, and testing of new food products and recipes, with a focus on nutritional value and safety.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure all food preparation meets high standards of quality, hygiene, and taste.
- Apply scientific principles learned during M.Pharma to analyze ingredient properties and their impact on food stability and shelf-life.
- Conduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished products, maintaining detailed records and reports.
- Support the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for kitchen operations and food safety.
- Research and implement innovative food technologies and culinary techniques relevant to the urban transport context.
- Manage inventory and procurement of ingredients, ensuring cost-effectiveness and minimal waste.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback for product improvement.
