We are looking for a skilled Transportation Engineer with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our innovative startup team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for optimizing our logistics and delivery networks, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions that support our rapidly growing insurance services. You will leverage your design thinking and analytical skills to reimagine and implement cutting-edge transportation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design efficient transportation routes and logistics networks for insurance claim settlements and agent support across Vijayawada and surrounding regions.
Analyze transportation data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction, proposing innovative design solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and customer service, to integrate transportation solutions with business objectives.
Utilize M.Des principles to create user-centric transportation experiences for field agents and customers, focusing on accessibility and reliability.
Research and recommend new transportation technologies, fleet management systems, and sustainable logistics practices.
Prepare detailed reports, visualizations, and presentations on transportation performance and strategic recommendations.
Ensure compliance with all local transportation regulations and safety standards.
