Seeking Treasury Head (2-4 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Head with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial operations, cash management, and risk mitigation, coupled with an MCA degree. This role is crucial for managing the company's liquidity, financial risks, and ensuring efficient treasury operations within our rapidly growing EdTech MNC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day cash operations, including forecasting, planning, and monitoring cash flows.
- Oversee foreign exchange management and hedging strategies to mitigate currency risks.
- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for banking relationships and credit facilities.
- Assist in managing debt and investment portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to treasury functions.
- Prepare treasury reports for senior management.
- Analyze financial data to identify potential financial risks and opportunities.
- Support in the implementation of treasury management systems (TMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and legal.
